Returns

For any questions, or to initiate a return, please email info@mospeedusa.com directly and one of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to you quickly. 

Delivered Products: Mospeed Performance offers a 30 day return / exchange policy for new, unused products that are sealed in the original packaging and have not been installed. A 15% restocking fee may apply and any original / return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Products In Transit: Mospeed Performance offers a 30 day return / exchange policy for new, unused products that are unopened, in the original packaging and have not been installed. A 15% restocking fee may apply and any original / return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unshipped Products: If you have requested a return / exchange the same day as the order was placed and Mospeed Performance HAS NOT shipped or prepared the order for drop shipping you may be charged a $25 dollar fee.

The team at Mospeed Performance will work with you directly to make sure any return or exchange requests are handled quickly and as fairly as possible. As we have many distributors and warehouses around the country, the fees above may apply - however, we will do our absolute best to minimize any additional costs or fees.
